Method: In shaker, combine gin, PAMA, lemon juice, syrup and ice. Shake and strain into champagne flute. Top with champagne.

Ingredients:
2 oz. Casa Noble Crystal

Method: Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake, strain and serve up or on the rocks. Garnish with a lime wheel. To salt rim – moisten rim of glass with lime and gently roll in a plate of kosher salt.

Method: Mix first three liquids in a tumbler with ice. Slowly add champagne stirring gently. Rim a flute glass with orange zest. Strain into glass.

*Mix equal parts honey and water for a simple syrup. Do not heat up. Let dissolve naturally.

Vermont Daiquiri
This surprising twist on the classic Daiquiri, made with Zaya Rum and a hint of maple syrup, has a delicious rich flavor, perfect for an autumn or winter wedding.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz, Zaya Rum
1/2 oz. Carpano Antica Formula
3/4 lime juice
1/2 oz. maple syrup
2 dashes of angostura
